„Angenehm Ausruhen und gut gestärkt in den Tag starten, das kann man hier!
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker; traditionell südindisch und täglich wechselndes Angebot. Zudem gab es auf Bestellung frisch zubereitete Parathas bzw. Omelettes. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Direkt am Khan Market, wo man sich lange in den zwei drei Gassen verlieren kann, was essen oder auch einkaufen gehen kann. Man muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass Khan Market eine der teuersten Einkaufsmeilen Delhis ist. Ich war relativ früh am Hotel, musste aber zum Glück nicht bis 14:00 Uhr zum Einchecken warten! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir schon früher ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen können. Die Zimmer sind angenehm warm, eine Klimaanlage ermöglicht die individuelle Einstellung der Temperatur.
Die Flure des Hotels waren ein bisschen kühl, sodass ich anfangs ein bisschen zu warm angezogen war, als ich mich zum Rausgehen fertig gemacht hatte. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran und kann sich dementsprechend darauf einstellen. Der Wartebereich an der Rezeption, sowie das Café am Eingang sind leider ein bisschen ungemütlich, sowohl wegen der Sitzgelegenheiten, die unergonomisch oder abgesessen sind, als auch wegen der offenen Türe direkt neben den Tischen, von der immer kalte Luft hineinkommt.

„Überteuertes und überbewertetes Hotel mit wenig Charme.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war im Vorfeld sehr schleppend. Auf meine Mails wurde nur mit Standardtexten geantwortet. Erst nach mehreren Anrufen und Rückfragen, konnte ich Flughafentransfer und Tourguide organisieren. Am Ende hat zwar alles gut geklappt, allerdings bin ich von Indien einen anderen Service gewöhnt. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer haben einen echtes 70er Jahre Niveau. Sehr basic. Das Essen im einzigen Restaurant war nicht gut aber völlig überteuert. Überhaupt hat das Hotel maximal 4 Sterne, aber auf gar keinen Fall 5 Sterne verdient! Selbst für Delhi völlig überteuert.

Zimmer, Lage und Frühstück waren über den Erwartungen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Direktor, Mr. Rana kümmert sich persönlich um das Wohl der Gäste. Thank you fpr everything!
